My name is James Turner, owner/inventor/only employee of ringer swivels.

I am married to an amazing and supportive wife and the father of two wonderful boys. When fishing season rolls around I can be found in the cockpit mating for a private 62’ Viking whom I have been with now for 7 years. Being in the competitive sportfishing industry for over 12 years, I have had plenty of hands on experience with the flawed traditional bait rigging methods and knew there had to be a better way. Ringer Swivels entered the sportfishing world in May of 2018, and with great thanks to our amazing customers and tackle shops, there have been over 1.5 million swivels distributed internationally, our customers have won over $8.9 million dollars, and can be found for sale in tackle shops in over 13 countries and 15 US States.

I am truly humbled and cannot thank you all enough for your support. The sportfishing community is such a small and supportive family. I am thankful for all the customers that I have met (and the ones that I have not yet met) and friendships that have formed.
